AN OPEN EMPLOYMENT MODEL – PFCI recognizes that modern socio-economic forces present a challenge for many people in accepting and sustaining traditional, full-time-plus employment agreements.  We offer employment at will to qualified consultants using the IRS 1099 classification.  You cannot get laid off from PFCI due to downturns in company revenue.  More importantly, you will earn what you work based on hourly or daily pay rates.  PFCI has the potential to put significantly more money in your pocket compared to traditional, fixed salary arrangements.

FAIR AND EQUAL PAY BASED ON MEASURABLE QUALIFICATIONS – PFCI goes beyond EEOC requirements to ensure fair and equal pay for all of our consultants, regardless of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.  We use a highly stratified pay scale for each service category, with hourly and daily rates based on measurable experience and results. 

The PFCI Consultant Handbook puts these practices in writing.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION – PFCI provides direct percentage commissions for bringing new clients to our company, an unprecedented benefit in this industry niche.  We provide bonuses for recruiting new consultants, and we offer incentives for long-term revenue generation, including company cellular phones, laptop computers, and Internet service coverage.

PFCI has a fully documented Client Engagement Model.  Our techniques and methodologies have resulted in some of the highest sustained client win rates and dollar capture ratios of any peer consulting firm in operation today.  All of our consultants are fully indoctrinated into these winning techniques. 

GATEWAY TO COMPANY OWNERSHIP SHARE – individual consultants have the opportunity to become junior to senior partners at PFCI based on building a client-base of lasting and significant revenue.  The benefits of achieving partner status include salary and profit sharing, medical and life insurance contributions, IRA contributions, professional association memberships and more.

THE PFCI CORPORATE PLATFORM – PFCI is a privately held Virginia corporation, fully licensed and insured to meet the most stringent contracting requirements of all of our current and future clients.  We have the financial backing to ensure our consultants get paid on time, even when terms with our clients exceed pay periods.  We carry Workman’s Compensation insurance for all of our consultants and retain legal counsel in the event of a dispute.
